Undergraduate course change and course audit requests

Students can request a change to their optional courses. The course change from will open:
- Semester 1 and 2 requests TBC
- Semester 2 requests TBC
Unfortunately, due to the volume of requests, we are unable to provide live information regarding courses that have spaces available.

Please note the form works best using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox.
Once you have submitted the form, please do not email SPS Pre-Selection separately, or submit duplicate requests, as this will cause delays for the team processing the forms.

What happens next?
Due to the volume of requests, students will only receive an initial confirmation screen showing that their request has been submitted. If your request is successful or cannot be processed, you will receive a notification to your student email account.

If you have not been added to the course by the end of Week 2 of the semester, your request has not been successful. Please check your Euclid assessments record regularly.
