Methodological Reflections on a Mixed Method Re-Study of Dining Out

This talk discusses a project studying the practice of dining out in England between 1995 and 2015. Based on a re-study in three cities – Bristol, London and Preston – it investigated change and continuity in the practice of eating out. The original and the repeat study both employed both a survey and qualitative interviews.
