The Final Report of the Independent Commission on the Constitutional Future of Wales: Challenges, Opportunities and Wider Implications for Devolution in the UK
Dr Anwen Elias (Aberystwyth University) will present the findings and recommendations included in the Final Report published by the Independent Commission on the Constitutional Future of Wales. As a member of the Commission, Dr Elias will provide insights into the process accompanying the drafting of the report and discuss possible future trajectories for devolution in Wales and wider implications in British territorial governance.
Bio note:
Dr Anwen Elias is a Reader in Politics at the Department of International Politics, Aberystwyth University. Her research interests include comparative territorial and constitutional politics, political parties and deliberative democracy. She is a member of the Independent Commission on the Constitutional Future of Wales. She is also Co-Director of the Centre for Welsh Politics and Society and the Wales Institute of Social and Economic Research and Data.
