It will teach you how to become an effective and productive writer.
The course covers:
- Techniques for getting started, keeping going, and managing writers’ block
- Ways to write lots of words in short periods of time
- The difference between writing and editing in practice
- How to identify and use your writer’s ‘voice’
- Why peer support is essential for research writing, and how to find and use it
By the end of the course participants will:
- Understand how to get started and keep going with your writing
- Know how to write hundreds of words in just half an hour
- Understand that writing is a resource as well as a task to complete
- Have learned techniques for writing productively and creatively
